01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, making a reservation, purchasing a package or using any Little Hoi An Group service, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

02Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking. Rates, room categories, inclusions and package benefits may vary by property, season, booking channel and promotional condition.

• Guests are responsible for providing accurate personal, contact and stay information.
• Special requests are noted with care but remain subject to availability and property confirmation.
• A reservation is considered confirmed only after the property issues an official confirmation.

03Rates, Taxes & Payments

Published rates may be quoted in Vietnamese Dong, US Dollars or another supported currency. Unless stated otherwise, rates may be subject to applicable taxes, service charges, exchange rate differences and banking fees at the time of payment.

Payment, deposit or prepayment requirements will follow the conditions stated in the reservation, proposal, package or selected booking channel.

04Cancellation, Amendment & No-show

Cancellation and amendment conditions depend on the selected rate plan, package, promotion or booking source. Guests should review the applicable policy carefully before confirming a reservation.

• Late cancellations may be subject to cancellation charges.
• No-show reservations may be charged according to the confirmed booking policy.
• Non-refundable or special promotional bookings may not be eligible for refund or modification.

05Check-in, Check-out & Guest Stay

Standard check-in and check-out times may vary by property and will be confirmed in the reservation details. Early check-in, late check-out, room upgrades and additional services are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Guests are expected to respect the comfort, privacy, safety and cultural environment of the property and surrounding community.

06Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, travel documents and compliance with local laws. Any damage, loss or additional cleaning caused during the stay may be charged in accordance with property policy.

07Promotions & Packages

Promotional offers, packages and privileges are valid only within their stated booking period, stay period, inclusions and conditions. Offers cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined with other promotions unless expressly stated.
